Senior Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for servicing both member and client queries in relation to DB and some DC pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved.
- Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide senior-level support to the team.
- Be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Train, support, and mentor junior associates, holding regular feedback sessions to ensure their development and growth.
- Assist in more complex/project work, including complaints and continuous improvement initiatives.
