Position Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing rapid refurbishment projects within the Leisure and Hospitality sectors across the country. This position is available for the right candidate immediately.

Key Requirements
  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card holder
  • 3-Day First Aid training
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities
  • Update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Coordinate project handovers and sign-offs
  • Enhance and implement existing operational procedures
  • Oversee daily site activities
  • Monitor and assess progress against the construction schedule
  • Prepare essential site documentation, including work orders and purchase orders
  • Ensure successful completion and handover of project sections
  • Maintain quality standards through inspection and testing plans

Communication

Engage effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the senior management team to ensure project objectives are met.

This freelance long-term contract offers a competitive rate starting at £28 per hour, including a van and fuel card, with accommodation provided for the successful candidate.
