Financial Manager

As a Financial Manager at Budget Energy, you will play a critical role in leading our finance function and ensuring the company's financial health. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly financial statements and year-end audit files.
- Treasury and Cash Flow: Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and planning.
- Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll review and sign-off, as well as ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- FP&A and Commercial: Collaborate with the Head of Finance to prepare cost-benefit analyses and support business initiatives.
- Financial Controls: Evaluate and implement effective controls to safeguard assets, profitability, and cash flow.
- Finance Team Management: Lead the finance team in daily operations and support business teams through implementation, monitoring, and improvement of finance system processes.
