We are seeking a skilled Concession Merchandiser to join our team in Malton and Scarborough. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and sales performance of our concession shops.
Key Responsibilities- Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
- Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Centre to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a consistent and attractive store display.
- Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor, meeting customer demand.
- Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Organize extra stock in assigned areas, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, maintaining accurate records.
- Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly, minimizing errors.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and setting a high standard for store appearance and sales performance.
- Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on store performance, offering feedback and recommendations for improvement.
