Advanced Critical Care Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Critical Care Practitioner to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Critical Care Unit at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with medical colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing expert critical care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions
- Working autonomously or under consultant supervision to deliver patient care
- Reviewing patients on acute wards and in the Emergency Department
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
