Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multi-faceted maintenance professional to join our team at Ivy Resource Group. As a Fabrication and Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive works to building fabrics across various commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance and repair works to building fabrics, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Perform planned and reactive works to ensure the integrity and safety of commercial buildings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota on a rotational basis.
