Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance tasks across our portfolio of properties.
  • Work on a planned route to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Undertake high-standard Multi Trade repairs and refurbishment activities, adhering to safety, quality, and cost control standards.
  • Take ownership of construction, fault finding, and maintenance repairs, aiming for first-time completion within budget and time parameters.
Requirements:
  • Joinery as a core trade with experience in Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, and UPVC.
  • Social housing background and experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • UK full driving license.
