Job Description

As an Electrical System Engineer at Assystem, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical management of suppliers and supporting clients in their contractual relationships. Your tasks will include reviewing supplier documents, managing modifications on contracts, and ensuring the management of risks, opportunities, open points, and modifications of contracts with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review supplier documents according to technical referential in time with good level of quality and coordinate the documentary review of the various contributors
  • Manage modifications on the contracts to inform supplier via CTS (Contract Transfer Sheet) sent to the Client via dedicated tools
  • Ensure the management of risks, opportunities, open points, and modifications of its contract with the Client
  • Manage the interfaces with all disciplines involved in providing the input data relevant for the marshalling and penetration contract
  • Manage the interfaces with all disciplines using the contract(s) detailed design as their inputs
  • Manage the interfaces of the qualification part performed in the client's France office
  • Follow up of all the Delivery To Site dates for the equipment
Qualifications
  • Bachelors' / Masters' Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Relevant and demonstratable electrical design experience and knowledge of the technical reference system such as NFC15-100, NF C, BS7671, and IEC 60909
  • Good experience in contract technical reviews and management
  • Ability to propose fit-for-purpose technical solutions in their area of expertise
  • Capability of coordinating technical topics which may involve several engineering disciplines (mechanical, fluid/HVAC, I&C) and suppliers
  • Good writing skills with a focus on the drafting of test procedures and test coverage substantiation files
  • Rigour in the production and review of deliverables
  • Ability to work in a team, in an international and multicultural environment
  • Relational ease with customers and partners
Desirable
  • Knowledge of the RCC-E electrical technical regulations
  • Knowledge of the nuclear field via educational curriculum or professional experience
  • Knowledge of the quality processes involved in industrial projects in the nuclear field
