The ideal candidate will have experience of reviewing Stage 1 and 2 complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading in reviewing Stage 1 complaints that have turned into Stage 2
- Investigating Stage 2 complaints
- Fact finding on why complaints have escalated
- Liaising with the complaints team and the contractor
Requirements:
