About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Ant Group. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us to identify and mitigate fraud risks in our payment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven risk management frameworks and strategies to prevent fraud and cybercrime threats.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of historical data to identify patterns and trends, and develop predictive models to mitigate fraud risks.
  • Review and investigate suspected fraud cases, and work with law enforcement and functional units to identify gaps and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new fraud and cybercrime threats, and develop and refine internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to present findings to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL, SAS, Python, or R, with experience in data mining and machine learning.
  • At least 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial industry or a consultancy firm.
  • Fast-learning, highly motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and excellent command of both spoken and written English.
