Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to become a vital member of our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in delivering project and operational support across a diverse Change Portfolio, which includes various Digital initiatives.
This position offers the chance to engage closely with key stakeholders, including Heads of Professions, Project and Programme Managers, and Portfolio Leads. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing, facilitating, and enhancing business control processes, along with reporting on critical areas such as risk management, financial oversight, planning, and resource allocation.
You will be tasked with consolidating data, tracking progress, gathering insights, escalating risks, and communicating effectively at both the directorate and enterprise levels.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide support, coaching, and assurance for delivery performance reporting, ensuring that data is accurate and adheres to established guidance standards.
- Prepare monthly Digital Sub-Portfolio Reports for the Digital Leadership Team.
- Assist in the creation of Change Portfolio Dashboards for Executive Leaders at the Portfolio Board.
- Facilitate resource management across Digital and the Change Portfolio.
- Maintain action and decision logs across various forums, including performance reviews and advisory boards.
- Contribute to the development and management of the Risk and Control Assessment Tool, collaborating closely with Heads of Professions and the Operational Risk Team to implement best practices in Risk Management.
- Work alongside delivery teams to provide project updates to Leadership.
Continuously develop and promote best practice guidance through the ongoing improvement of business assurance and project management processes.
