Key Responsibilities- Champion the voice of the colleague, ensuring their perspectives are heard and considered in all decision-making processes.
- Oversight of key people aspects, including engagement, employee relations, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Drive loyalty among our people by creating a compelling and constantly evolving colleague experience.
- Lead on our company-wide approach to fostering positive Employee Relations and interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee our HR Helpdesk service administration team to ensure efficient and effective support for colleagues and people leaders.
- Partner with other teams within the People function and wider business to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Contribute to our broader organisational objectives and ongoing evolution by ensuring alignment through partnership and collaboration with stakeholders across HC-One.
- Educated to degree level and CIPD Qualified to Level 7 (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years' recent experience of working in a senior leadership People/HR role with line management and leadership experience.
- Proven experience pioneering, developing, and implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering significant people change, sustainable and at scale, in a federated multi-site organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build outstanding relationships and create an inspiring vision.
- Commercially astute and able to develop and convert strategy into delivery across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
