Main Responsibilities
• Provide support to service users with brain injuries, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with service users, contributing to a homely and pleasant living environment.
• Facilitate daily routines, including personal care, and promote a high standard of personal hygiene.
• Participate in the development of service user support plans, risk assessments, and programs, and complete written records as necessary.
• Implement individual support plans to meet the needs of service users, highlighting any issues or concerns to the Team Leader.

Brainkind is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. Our assessment centers, rehabilitation units, and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. We treat people with a range of brain injuries sustained through trauma, illness, substance abuse, and more to recover and meet their personal goals.

• Skilled at supporting staff through tools such as supervisions and observations to give excellent quality care.
• Skilled at supporting staff to make full, meaningful, and appropriate records.
