Job Summary:
Office Angels is seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join our team. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and supporting the lettings process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and incoming enquiries
- Respond to clients in a timely manner, offering excellent customer service
- Arrange property viewings and coordinate with clients and agents
- Process tenant applications and update landlords accordingly
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve success
- Support with property viewings and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working in lettings or property administration is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in IT, including Outlook, Word, and internal databases
- Access to a car is desirable for occasional property viewings
