About the Role

Oyster is seeking a highly skilled Principal Asset Manager to join their Corporate Asset Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic asset management plans to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and develop strategies to improve the utilization and value of underutilized assets
  • Conduct valuations for internal purposes and manage the disposal of surplus assets
  • Implement asset management plans to ensure optimal effectiveness of operational property
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in asset management, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
