Job Summary: Fruition IT is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with information security controls, management policies, and procedures that are a core component of our ISO 27001 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting compliance audits and reviews to ensure compliance in accordance with ISO 27001
  • Ensuring continuous embedding of the ISO 27001 ISM framework and adherence to the standard
  • Conducting control testing as part of a continual programme of reviews
  • Continually looking for ways to improve security processes
  • Supporting client audits and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client questionnaires
  • Ensuring upkeep of reporting
  • Managing the internal security assurance audit schedule
  • Educating and developing more junior analysts
  • Recommending process improvements
  • Escalating significant risks or risk trends to appropriate leadership

Key Experience:

  • Experience of managing and auditing ISO 27001 ISMS
  • International organization security operations experience
  • Understanding of information security controls and technology
  • Experience of working with security controls across cloud services
