Hunter Dunning is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join their team of experts in architectural design and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-profile cladding remediation projects for multilevel buildings, utilizing expertise in façade and retrofit design.
  • Manage a variety of retrofit projects across the UK, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design-led solutions to complex issues.
  • Produce planning and technical drawing packages, utilizing Revit and other design software.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Architectural Technician or Architect with a strong background in façade and retrofit design.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
  • Experience with retrofit project management and façade design would be highly advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
