Senior Architectural Technician Job in East Grinstead, West Sussex

A leading architectural firm in West Sussex is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their team.

The successful candidate will work on high-profile cladding remediation projects for multilevel buildings in London, focusing on facade and retrofit work. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production of planning and technical drawing packages
  • Working on facade, cladding, and retrofit projects
  • Using Revit daily
  • Meeting with clients and visiting sites when required
  • Developing design-led solutions to issues
  • Experience of working on site
Requirements:
  • Qualified Architectural Technician or Architect
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Experience with the use of Revit is essential
  • Retrofit project experience
  • Facade and cladding experience would be highly advantageous
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
