PMO Analyst Role

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our team in Stirling. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective governance and management of our projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Senior Change team in the management of project resources, budgets, and data analysis.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the governance of project change orders and project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and promotion of best practices for Project and Programme Office Management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and meaningful reports for Project or Programme Managers and the PMO Manager/Change Portfolio Lead.
  • Ensure the quality assurance of project or programme data and provide trend analysis.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Project Office industry best practice and methodology.
  • Knowledge of Project & Programme Management industry best practice and methodology.
  • Currently working towards or an interest in Project Management qualifications, e.g. Prince2, APMP, and ISEB.
  • Experience working within a Financial Services organisation.
