What will your responsibilities include?
As the initial point of contact for guests, you will warmly welcome visitors, manage room assignments, process payments, and perform various administrative tasks. You will ensure that all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed with professionalism and friendliness, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
