About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver high standards of service.
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and promoting our services to guests.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary training to provide excellent service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, and high-quality service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.
