We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist with a strong clinical focus and experience in managing musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders to become a part of our MSK service in Leicester City.
The team operates from multiple clinics throughout Leicester City, and your role will involve working at two of these locations.
At Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, we prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering numerous career advancement opportunities. Our well-structured in-service training program, along with regular team supervision and mentorship from clinical experts, ensures that our workforce is continually evolving.
We receive referrals from various sources, including general practitioners, specialists, and self-referrals. Our service provides a mix of telephone, virtual consultations, and face-to-face appointments, allowing our staff to enhance their skills across different modalities.
We also promote team development, encouraging individual career progression, specialist clinical support, and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current trends and maintain ongoing professional development in the treatment of MSK conditions. Exhibit a positive demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to resolve clinical and non-clinical challenges effectively. Manage and prioritize your own MSK caseload while motivating both yourself and your colleagues. Function as a collaborative team member while also being capable of working independently. Be proficient in utilizing electronic patient records and managing patient interactions both in-person and remotely. It is essential to have access to a vehicle or suitable alternative transportation.About Us
