We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with complex musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and policies
- Support the professional development of junior staff members
Requirements:
- HCPC registration and a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
