Support a Client with Cerebral Palsy and Neurodiverse Needs

We are seeking a kind and caring individual to support a female client with cerebral palsy and neurodiverse needs in her own home in Gosport. As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care, including washing, showering, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to the client
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Support the client with social activities, such as going out and about
  • Work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
