Role Overview

As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for delivering great standards and providing an excellent customer experience. We're looking for individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to support their colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock
  • Support colleagues with tasks such as cash handling, till operations, and visual merchandising
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
