About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable families and children in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities

As a Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, supporting, and developing our team members
  • Working closely with families and children to identify and address their needs
  • Developing and implementing effective plans to support vulnerable families
  • Collaborating with other agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to family support
