About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Agent to join our busy IT Help Desk within the IM&T Department at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming staff queries and requests via various communication channels.
  • Manage computer access and create NHS Registration Authority Accounts and Smartcards.
  • Liaise with technicians and other IM&T staff to resolve IT user requests.
  • Support the creation of guidance and process documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT environment with knowledge of end-user hardware and software support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
