We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Director to join our team at Leadenhall Search & Selection. Our client, a leading analytics consultancy, is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Data Governance to lead their data governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Data Governance from a commercial or retail banking background, with a strong understanding of BCBS and technical knowledge in drafting frameworks and policies. Experience in credit risk, modelling, or insurance is a plus.

As a Data Governance Director, you will be responsible for both presales and technical delivery of projects, taking a strong lead in the business and meeting demands and deadlines. You will work closely with our client's team to develop and implement data governance strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
