Electromagnetic Compliance Engineer

Contechs is recruiting on behalf of its client, a leading company in the mobility sector, to drive technological advancements. We are seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Compliance Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EMC compliance planning, requirements, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including component owners, harness teams, and vehicle engineering.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical design engineers to develop hardware within EMC specifications.
  • Track and report metrics for hardware projects.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ensure a good understanding of EMC automotive standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, EMC principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to triage new work and adjust to rapidly shifting program priorities.
