Key Responsibilities
- Manage and QA complex and contentious cases related to licensing casework.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff and teams, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach to service delivery, customer focus, and legislative compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to licensing and compliance.
Skills Required
- Good understanding or experience of ENGINEERINGUK's licensing functions, with particular focus on policy and legislation.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
Prerequisites
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- To undertake a Disclosure Scotland application.
