Estate and Environmental Service Team Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Location: Croydon, South London (CR0)

Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced Estate and Environmental Service Team Managers to join our team in a South-Local Local Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing care taking teams to improve standards and customer satisfaction with our service.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the delivery of other estate services such as grounds maintenance. The successful candidates will work closely with the head of service, residents, and partners to identify and deliver improvements and good practice in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Management experience
  • Understanding of Housing Legislation
