About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Constellation Careers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality food to menu specifications, adhering to Levy standards and procedures.
  • Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix, maintaining a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Take pride in your work, promoting a culture of excellence and sharing agreed standards with your team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to new team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements

We are looking for a Sous Chef with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness, who inspires their team to be passionate about food. Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure are essential for smooth delivery.
