Job Title: Exams & Data Manager

WeDoData is working exclusively with a secondary school and sixth form in London, part of a well-established multi-academy trust with 16 primary and secondary schools across the country.

The school actively promotes a culture of community, adhering to core values of love, hope, and trust.

We are seeking an experienced Data and Exams Manager to oversee all aspects of the school's data, including reporting and analytics, school census, data protection, timetable changes, and more, while managing the school's examinations.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Trust Data Manager to collect, maintain, and analyze student performance data, generating regular reports for SLT and other stakeholders who will utilize the reports for actionable insights.

You will also oversee the exams function, working with the school's experienced exams officer.

Data Management Responsibilities:
  • Management of the school's MIS (Bromcom)
  • Reporting and analysis of student data
  • Ensure data protection compliance
  • Submission of school census
Exams Function Responsibilities:
  • Line management of the Exams Officer
  • Help with distribution of exam certificates

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with a salary of £45,021.
