Data and Exams Manager

WeDoData is seeking an experienced Exams & Data Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the school's data, including reporting and analytics, school census, data protection, and timetable changes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analysis, with experience in managing exams and data for a secondary school or sixth form. They will be responsible for working closely with the Trust Data Manager to collect, maintain, and analyze student performance data, generating regular reports for SLT and other stakeholders.
The role also involves overseeing the exams function, working with the school's experienced exams officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for line managing the exams officer, helping with the distribution of exam certificates, and ensuring data protection compliance.
WeDoData is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will be subject to strict vetting and screening checks, including a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the school's data, including reporting and analytics, school census, data protection, and timetable changes.
- Work closely with the Trust Data Manager to collect, maintain, and analyze student performance data.
- Oversee the exams function, working with the school's experienced exams officer.
- Line manage the exams officer and ensure data protection compliance.
- Help with the distribution of exam certificates.
Requirements:
- Strong background in data management and analysis.
- Experience in managing exams and data for a secondary school or sixth form.
- Ability to work closely with the Trust Data Manager and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary: £45,021 per annum.
