Senior Paediatric Radiographer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Paediatric Radiographer to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical site management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our radiology department.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the daily and out-of-hours coordination of bed management across the RSCH/PRH
- Comply with current SOPs and divisional pathways
- Support and facilitate compliance with the mixed-sex accommodation standard
- Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure all their pathways are maintained
- Achieve corporate priorities and key performance targets in Emergency and Elective care
- Understand and implement escalation plans for the CSM team and key partners
- Produce accurate, timely, and high-quality reports for the trust and wider partner organisations
- Be aware of current infection control policies and procedures
- Work closely with the infection prevention and control team to ensure safety across the site
