We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Bank Registered Nurse. As a key member of our regional care home team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents and supporting our care staff in providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of care staff across multiple locations to deliver exceptional care
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance efficiency
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Make informed decisions and exercise autonomy in providing care, ensuring the well-being of our residents
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing your clinical expertise to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Ability to lead a team of care staff and work collaboratively with others
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting residents and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly
  • Confidence in developing and maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
  • Able to demonstrate a sense of humor and a positive outlook, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels, with a strong focus on resident-centered care
  • Able to drive and hold a full license, with access to a car
  • Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards and relevant legislation
