Regional Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our regional Bank team, working across multiple Care Homes within a specified region. If you have a passion for enhancing the quality of life, this role will be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a team of care staff across multiple locations to deliver exceptional care
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and resident records, incorporating modern technology
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Utilize your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Ability to travel to various Homes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for a more flexible way of working, utilizing their clinical skills in a clinical environment. If you have experience in the NHS, as a Community Nurse, or worked in vaccination centers, this role will be a great fit for you.
