Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing experience for our guests, delivering a variety of treatments, and advising on the best products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Create a personalized experience for each guest, whether they are a hotel guest or on a spa break
- Deliver a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
- Upsell and cross-sell products and treatments to enhance the guest experience
- Attend regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and products
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist (desirable, but not essential)
- Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails products (a bonus)
