About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing experience for our guests, delivering a variety of treatments, and advising on the best products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a personalized experience for each guest, whether they are a hotel guest or on a spa break.
• Deliver a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Attend regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and products.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails products would be a bonus.
