About the Role

As an IT Support Analyst at SFG20, you will play a vital role in our organization, providing exceptional support and contributing to our technological development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line support to staff through HubSpot ServiceDesk, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Support and maintain our HubSpot CRM system, a critical tool for our sales and marketing teams.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting via a service desk platform, preferably HubSpot ServiceDesk.
  • Support CRM systems, preferably HubSpot CRM.
  • Understand support processes for continuous integration and deployment or data support activities.
Requirements
  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
  • ITIL v4
  • Ability to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
