Our client, a leading global company in the Claims Management industry, is seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Loss Adjuster to join their existing field-based team in the UK. Key Responsibilities
- To proactively manage a mixed portfolio of agricultural claims from inception to closure.
- To conduct thorough investigations to establish the cause of damage or extent of loss and cover, developing a strategy with the customer for case resolution, taking into account individual demands and likely outcomes.
- To collaborate with the internal team to understand and prioritize what matters to the customer, ensuring high-quality visits by undertaking value-added preparation.
- To continuously review claim activity to identify potential blockages and reduce failure demand.
- To take sole responsibility for every claim handled personally, enhancing the customer journey by ensuring all parties are informed and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to improve end-to-end flow.
- To build strong relationships with colleagues, brokers, agents, and suppliers to ensure a seamless claims handling service.
- Loss adjusting experience, handling a large caseload and losses up to and in excess of £100K.
- Ideal possession of an Insurance qualification (ACII or ACILA), but essential to demonstrate commitment to study and gain knowledge.
About the Role
This is a field-based position with regular travel required. The successful candidate will have a strong external adjusting background and a deep understanding of and passion for rural and agricultural industries, communities, and lifestyles.
