Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Adult's Social Worker to join our Community Team at Charles Hunter Associates. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing care plans and packages to support vulnerable adults in the community.
- Completing necessary safeguarding assessments and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) procedures.
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting.
- A valid UK driving licence and vehicle (preferred but not essential).
