Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening within our Guest Experience division for the role of Event Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization of internal gatherings primarily at the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team headquarters.
  • Manage and facilitate various audiences, emphasizing internal engagement and partner interactions.
  • Develop innovative concepts for guest experiences to consistently improve service offerings.
  • Assist the event manager with the planning and preparation stages of events.
  • Utilize planning tools and methodologies effectively.
  • Ensure the successful execution of internal programs.
  • Handle guest management and hosting duties before, during, and after events, collaborating with other departments.
  • Support guest communication and the invitation process.
  • Take charge of post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
  • Maintain oversight of internal events and guest lists.
  • Source and manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with company sustainability and operational standards.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to continually enhance guest experiences.
  • Provide Front of House support as needed.
  • Manage the setup and breakdown of events.
  • Ensure health and safety and sustainability practices meet company and industry standards.
  • Assist with post-event reviews.
  • Support data collection and reporting for internal programs.
  • Work proactively, responsibly, and professionally, adhering to the company's reporting structure.
  • Commit to maintaining and enhancing skill levels to industry standards, keeping up-to-date with guest experience, commercial awareness, and brand strategy.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in event management, preferably within the sports sector.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective task prioritization and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Awareness of commercial, business, and industry trends.
