About the Role

Wilson James is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients. You will be responsible for providing professional health and safety support, conducting site audits, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and trends

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Health and Safety Certification
  • Proven experience in health and safety management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly across the UK
  • DBS check
