Job Summary
Bluebird Care Mid-South is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Chichester, Epsom, Reigate, Sussex Weald, and Sutton. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality homecare services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the work of care assistants to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular quality reviews at clients' homes to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement individually tailored care plans that respect clients' wishes and promote their dignity and privacy
- Monitor electronic Medication Administration Records (MAR) charts and take necessary actions
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and representatives, as well as other healthcare professionals and managers to deliver exceptional homecare services
Requirements
- Previous experience in the care industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Full and valid UK driving license
- Access to a car
- Sales-driven approach with strong organizational and communication skills
