About the Role

NFU Mutual is a leading provider of general insurance and financial services, and as a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic financial planning advice to existing customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and protect their assets.
  • Partner with local agencies and develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with a panel of NFU Mutual agents to offer advice on a range of products, including life insurance, pensions, and investments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK financial services regulatory and compliance framework.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and guidance.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will have a strong track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the UK financial services market and regulatory framework.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified in financial planning, with a strong understanding of the UK financial services regulatory and compliance framework.
  • Experience of delivering regulated financial advice to UK customers on a face-to-face basis.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end sales processes, preferably working with introducers.
  • Knowledge of developments in the UK financial services industry.
