Job Summary:
HireIQ Finance is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Controller to lead their finance department in County Armagh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire finance function, ensuring timely and efficient management of debtors and creditors.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting and forecasting, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports to Directors, including monthly accounts and year-end accounts.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability and liquidity.
- Act as the main point of contact for external audit and legal services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experienced accountant with CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or QBE certification.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent administration skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
