About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at Exclusive Networks Limited. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and send invoices and pro forma invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Access electronic invoicing portals to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Circulate mid and end of month statements to customers to maximize cash collection.
  • Set up customer accounts on our system and file data accurately.
  • Log and allocate cash postings onto our financial system in a timely manner.
  • Raise marketing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer and internal queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience with a focus on financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
