Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Advanced Analytics Models: Collaborate with our Head of Insight & Analytics to design, develop, and deploy predictive and advanced analytics models that drive business outcomes.
  2. Own Model Performance and Maintenance: Ensure the performance and maintenance of your models in production, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  3. Deliver Analytical Projects and Research: Conduct ad hoc analytical projects and research to support business decisions, leveraging your expertise in data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  4. Support Data System Development: Contribute to the development of new data systems and processes, ensuring they are utilized effectively within the team and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Advanced Analytics Expertise: Proven experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  2. Data Modeling and Mining: Strong understanding of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques, with experience working with complex databases and large datasets.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, as well as experience with data storage and ETL processes.
  4. Commercial Experience: A strong track record of working in commercial, transaction-focused environments, with a preference for experience in online gaming.
  5. Education: A PhD or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a similarly quantitative field.
