About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our Marketing team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of web data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  2. Reporting and Presentations: Develop and present data-driven reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring that complex data is communicated in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Tool Management: Manage and maintain our web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and Google Data Studio, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital stakeholders, to understand their analysis and insight requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our data collection and analysis processes to ensure that we are capturing and tracking the right data, in the right place, and at the right time.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Insights Specialist with a strong background in web analytics and data analysis. You should have:

  1. Commercial Experience: A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience with Google Analytics, especially GTM, GA4, and Google Data Studio.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio.
  3. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
